I'm Pat Butler and I have over 17 years of experience as a federal procurement attorney for DOD.  I retired as an Army Judge Advocate (JAG) in the Fall of 2021 after 21 years on active duty.  I understand the challenges that contracting officers face on a daily basis.  I can help contracting officers solve their most difficult challenges.
